The data was collected through semi-structured interviews and observation of SIMRS activities.

The results of this study showed that several factors were still an obstacle in the implementation of SIMRS. First, in terms of input, the implementing staff of the SIMRS in this hospital is still lacking. This has an impact on the inability of the system in covering all aspects needed for good data management. In addition, there are also shortcomings in special training for the officers involved.
