Meanwhile, the results show that institutional ownership and the existence of the Audit Committee have a significant influence on the decision to provide a going concern audit opinion. This shows that the existence of strong institutional shareholders and effective audit committees can improve the quality of corporate governance, which in turn can provide more confidence to independent auditors.
