The statistical test showed that the t value (0.009617) value was lower than the t table (0.334) with a significance level of 5%. In addition, the calculation of determination showed that the contribution of mutations to the increase in employee work performance was only 0.000280227%. This illustrates that although mutations can have an effect, its impact on employee performance in this company cannot be considered significant.
