Based on the simple linear regression model, the internal CSR program contributed 36.3% to employee job satisfaction, while 63.7% was influenced by other factors. The t-test shows the t-count value of 3.955, which is greater than t-table (1,671). This proves that there is a significant influence between the internal CSR program and employee job satisfaction at PT. Sinar Sosro Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra.
