This study used a descriptive method of analysis with a qualitative approach, combining primary and secondary data. The final project of this study was realized in the form of Amore's Amore Rich Cream's business plan, a baby care product that utilizes natural and innovative ingredients. The advantage of Amore Natural Rich Cream lies in the use of leuconostoc fermentation as a substitute for paraben, which is the first step in presenting bio-representatives in Indonesia.

Strategic Human Resource Management

In building Amore Natural Rich Cream, this study implements an effective human resource management strategy. Through labor planning, the Study Team analyzes the workforce needs based on the qualifications and the amount needed to operate the business according to plan. This approach ensures that the company has the right people with the right skills to execute the business plan effectively.

Strategic Leadership with Pestel and Porter Five Forces Analysis

The importance of business environment analysis is the main focus in this study. Students apply Pestel analysis to map political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and law factors that can affect the business.
