To achieve the research objectives, a multilevel dilution method was used to identify the type of phosphate solvent fungi. Soil samples were taken from around the Malaca tree and gradually diluted to separate and culture the fungi. The morphology of the Malaca tree was identified through a non-experimental descriptive observation method. Researchers directly observed the appearance of the morphology of the Malaca trees in the field, including canopies, leaves, stems, and sap. Sampling was carried out randomly in 18 Malaca trees.

Results

The results of the research showed that there were 8 phosphate solvent fungi isolates that were successfully isolated. Macroscopic and microscopic observations showed that the isolates were included in the genus Aspergillus and Penicillium.
