This study aims to analyze dust levels and symptoms of respiratory disorders experienced by workers in the company during 2019.

Population and Sampling: The population consisted of 30 workers in the production department at PT. Pure Perkasa Karya. A total population method was used, where all members of the population were used as respondents.
Data Collection: Data collection was carried out through direct interviews with respondents using questionnaires and measurement of dust content with low volume samplers.

Dust Content Measurements: The results showed that the measured dust content in the AMP 1 tool was 8.2660 mg/m³, AMP 2 was 6,1514 mg/m³, and AMP 3 reached 13,6485 mg/m³. Based on work safety standards, the dust content in AMP 3 is considered to be inappropriate.
Symptoms of Respiratory Disorders: Of the 30 respondents studied, most of them, namely 27 people (90%), did not experience symptoms of respiratory disorders. Only 3 people (10%) show signs of experiencing respiratory problems.
