This research uses a designaction research consisting of five stages: introduction, planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively using the content analysis and quantitative technique with a simple frequency distribution. The research aimed to develop and implement the primary nursing assignment method in the Raflesia Room and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving the quality of nursing services.
