Loan interest paid to UPK by 18% decreased, while the interest paid members to the group was 20% horizontal. The remaining interest is allocated for various purposes, such as 50% to group capital, 15% for operations, 10% for management fees, 15% for members, and 10% for timely return incentives (IPTW).

Research Methodology

This study uses quantitative methods with survey and data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, and interviews involving 77 respondents of SPP members. The results of the data analysis show that the use of funds from UPK by SPP members is divided into four categories: Business capital (48.5%), daily needs (35.5%), children's education costs (10%), and Purchase of Household Furniture (6%).
