Isolation and identification of PSL fungi were carried out in the Land Biology Laboratory, Agrotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra.

The results showed that there were 10 PSL fungal isolates that were able to form a clear zone in the growth media. Macroscopic and microscopic observations show that all these isolates are classified into the genus Aspergillus, which consists of 3 species namely Aspergillus sp. 1, Aspergillus sp. 2, and Aspergillus sp. 3.
