Both of these measuring devices included various important aspects of each concept, so that it is expected to provide a clear picture of the influence of transformational leadership on employee attachment. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis to determine the relationship between variables.

Results

The results showed that there was a positive influence between transformational leadership and employee attachment at PT. Gading Cempaka Graha. This means that the stronger the transformational leadership applied by management, the higher the level of employee attachment. High employee attachment will contribute to increasing productivity, motivation, and loyalty to the company.

Conclusion

Overall, this research provides strong evidence of the importance of transformational leadership in creating employee attachment at PT. Gading Cempaka Graha. By increasing transformational leadership, companies can achieve better results in terms of employee involvement, motivation, and productivity. Therefore, investment in leadership development becomes very important to achieve greater organizational goals.

Based on the results of this study, the management of PT. Gading Cempaka Graha is recommended to continue to develop transformational leadership styles within the organization. Training and development of leadership skills for managers and supervisors can be a strategic step to create a positive and collaborative work environment. This will ultimately strengthen employee attachment and improve overall company performance.
