The maximum strain on the simulation was 0.04 on the sides and 0.043 on the back.

Experimental Results

The experimental free impact tests showed a pressure of 1,029 MPa on the side and 0.683 MPa on the back. The difference between the simulation and experimental results was 0.091 MPa or 9.73% for the sides and 0.08 MPa or 13.26% for the back.
