Each test consisted of 5 chickens with the following treatment: P0 (base feed without additional), P1 (base feed + additional 150 ml/kg), P2 (base feed + additional 300 ml/kg), and P3 (base feed + additional 450 ml/kg). The data obtained were analyzed using diversity analysis (ANOVA).

Results

The results of this study showed that the addition of sinbiotic isolates Pediococcus pentosaceus strain N6 and cassava skin flour as much as 450 ml/kg (P3) in super chicken feed had a significant effect on the weight before slaughtering, carcass weight, carcass percentage, and percentage of abdominal fat. The addition of this sinbiotic turned out to contribute to improving the health and growth of chickens, so as to produce better carcasses.
