The University of North Sumatra (USU) Library plays a vital role in supporting the academic and research activities of the university. In this study, we aim to evaluate the use of information resources and library services at the USU Library using the ISO 11620: 2014 standards. This evaluation will provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the library's services, enabling the library to improve its performance and better meet the needs of its users.

Collection Turnover: This indicator measures the frequency of collections used. The results showed that the collection turnover rate at the USU Library was 30.86%, indicating that the collections are used frequently.
