The species with the highest density, relative density, and presence of attendance were actinotrichia fragilis, which was measured in the third location with 17.6 individuals/m², 87.30%, and 100%, respectively. Conversely, the species with the lowest density found in Eucheuma sp. and Gracilaria salicornia in the first location, with the number 0.16 individuals/m², 1.52%, and 20%, respectively.

The diversity index obtained from the study shows that the first location has the highest index, which is 0.98, while the third location records the lowest index with a value of 0.52. In addition, the equality index also shows variation, with the highest value of 0.61 in the first and lowest location 0.32 in the third location. This shows a significant difference in the distribution of species among these locations.
