Analysis of Inpatient Services and Its Relationship with the Level of Satisfaction of Patient Participants in Askes Plus at the Permata Bunda Medan General Hospital in 2005

The quality of health services at Permata Bunda Medan General Hospital (RSUPBM) is a crucial aspect that determines the success of the hospital in providing quality care to its patients. One of the key measures of the quality of health services is the level of satisfaction of the patient participants who receive inpatient services. This study aims to explore the relationship between the quality of services provided to inpatients and the level of satisfaction of those registered in the Askes Plus program. Through an analytical approach and survey method with cross-sectional design, this study involved 46 patients registered as ASKES Plus participants at RSUPBM.
