Introduction

Workers who are infected with worms were also given worm medicine (pyrantel pamoat). The results show an increase in Hb levels of an average of 1.58 gr% from 9.95 gr% to 11.53 gr%, although HB levels have not reached normal.

Results

The results of this study show that the administration of iron supplements alone is not enough to overcome anemia.
