Conclusion

Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ultraviolet spectrophotometry method with the effective MCR approach is a reliable method for determining the levels of chloramphenicol and prednisolone in cream preparations. This method meets the criteria for accuracy, precision, selectivity, and detection limits required. The use of MCR in spectrophotometric analysis not only increases accuracy but also provides solutions to the challenges faced by traditional techniques when dealing with compounds that have overlapping spectra. This makes this research contribute significantly to the field of pharmaceutical analysis.
