This study employed a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach, involving a sample of 70 participants from the Department of Islamic Religious Education. The results showed that there was a significant influence of Islamic religious education institutions on youth development, with a distribution of influence across several aspects, including leadership, entrepreneurship, and pioneering.

The influence of 27.3% on leadership and 40.3% of pioneering shows that Islamic religious education plays a significant role in producing future leaders. Through holistic education, youth are trained to become leaders who are not only leading with skills but also with in-depth hearts and religious values. Pioneering in this context also emphasizes the importance of initiatives and concrete actions from young people in solving problems in the community.

With the existence of the AEC, Indonesian youth who are educated in Islamic religious education institutions have the same challenges and opportunities as youth from other AEC member countries. Islamic religious education provides a competitive advantage in terms of work ethics, leadership, and innovation. This is very important to ensure that young people can not only compete globally but can also bring the values of goodness in social and economic interactions in the AEC.
