In bacteriuria examination, an AUC value was 86%, with a sensitivity value of 80%, specificity of 78.3%, positive predictive value of 84.8%, negative predictive value 72%, and accuracy of bacteriuria examination of 79.3%. Whereas in leukocyturia examination, an AUC value was 66%, with a sensitivity of 71.4%, specificity of 65.2%, positive predictive value of 75.8%, negative predictive value of 60%, and leukocyturia examination accuracy of 68.97%.
Conclusion
Examination of leukocyturia and bacteriuria using automated urine flow cytometry analyzer statistically shows a good diagnostic value in detecting the possibility of a rapid urinary tract infection. The results of this study can be an important reference for medical personnel in enforcing the diagnosis of UTI, given the importance of rapid and appropriate treatment to prevent further complications in patients.
