In addition, the diffuser with a diameter of 0.8 mm also shows the ability to produce a maximum DO within 6 minutes, which is faster than the diffuser with a diameter of 0.4 mm (13 minutes) and 0.6 mm (10 minutes).

The oxygen gas transfer coefficient (KLA) obtained from the calculation is 0.0917/minute for a diameter of 0.4 mm, 0.0896/minute for a diameter of 0.6 mm, and 0.0729/minute for a diameter of 0.8 mm. This shows that although a larger diameter provides more effectiveness in iron allowance, smaller diameters have a higher gas transfer coefficient, showing that various factors need to be considered in designing an efficient aeration system.
