Methodology
This study employed a quantitative approach, using a survey questionnaire to collect data from 123 employees working in the Department of Accounting and Finance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I. The sample size was determined using Slovin calculations, resulting in a sample of 55 employees. The data was collected using a Likert scale, which measured the respondents' level of agreement or disagreement with various statements related to information system quality, information quality, and user satisfaction.
Data Analysis
The data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS 25 software, applying various analysis techniques, including instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the quality of information systems and information quality partially had a positive influence on user satisfaction of accounting information systems at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I. Simultaneously, both of these variables had a significant effect on user satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination of 62.4%.
