Introduction

This study uses Agus Dwiyanto's theory, which states that public service transparency can be seen from the openness of the process, ease of understanding of regulations and procedures, as well as access to information that is easy for users and stakeholders.

Background

The Langkat Regency Disdukcapil has been providing KTP-El services to the community. However, the extent of transparency in these services is still a concern. The lack of publication related to information regarding the process of making KTP-El, which is still in the preparation stage, is one of the factors causing it. Nevertheless, Disdukcapil is still able to serve the community well and provide an easy-to-understand explanation related to applicable procedures.
