Data collection tools in the form of questionnaires were used to gather information on family support and compliance with medication. The results showed that all respondents (100%) received good family support, with 44 respondents (84.6%) showing a high level of compliance in taking drugs, while 8 respondents (15.4%) had low compliance. Data analysis using the Spearman RHO statistical test produced a P-value of 0.002, which is smaller than α = 0.05, and a value of R = 0.422, indicating a significant positive relationship between family support and schizophrenic patients in taking medication.
