Research Methodology

This study was conducted using a series of statistical methods, including unit root tests, Johansen cointegration test, Vector Auto Regression (VAR), Vector Error Correction (VECM), and Variance Decomposition Models for the period 1980 to 2013. The results of the cointegration test showed a relationship between the variables of interest rates, exchange rates, national income, and financial deepening.
