Conclusion

From this study, it can be concluded that children who suffer from acute glomerulonephritis with Asto levels of more than 300 todd/units and have a greater enlargement of tonsils than T2, most likely will be found bacteria Streptococcus through biopsy aspirations. This study provides an important insight into the role of bacteria in acute pathogenesis of acute glomerulonephritis in children, especially in the Medan region.
