Research Methods
This study uses analytic observational methods with a cross-sectional approach . The research sample was Markus Medan Middle School students who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection techniques using proportional stratified random sampling. The data collected consists of primary data in the form of identity, weight, and height, as well as secondary data in the form of report cards. The data is then analyzed using the SPSS computer program.

The results showed that the majority of students, namely 43 people (70.5%), had normal nutritional status, and no students had severe thin nutritional status. Statistical analysis with the Spearman correlation test shows the value of P = 0.099 . This result indicates that there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and learning achievement in Markus Medan Middle School.
