The resulting binary data is subsequently arranged into the matrix of genetic similarities between individuals through RAPD analysis. The entire data analysis is facilitated with the help of the NTSys program version 2.01, which is used to check the quality and quantity of sample DNA and the presence of DNA ribbons from each primary.
