Disorders of sleep patterns are also experienced due to high fever he feels especially at night. In the assessment, the two main diagnoses identified are hyperthermia due to significant increase in body temperature, and the risk of nutritional imbalances due to decreased appetite due to nausea and vomiting, and disturbed sleep patterns.

Intervention and Evaluation

As an intervention step, the actions taken include giving 200 mg paracetamol to reduce fever, 2.5 mg ondanstron to overcome nausea, as well as the application of warm compresses.
