To analyze data, the normality test and the t test are used to see the relationship between Cystatin C levels and the occurrence of impaired kidney function in preeclampsia patients. In this study, the confidence interval used was 95% and the P <0.05 value was considered statistically significant.

The results showed that most subjects were aged between 20 and 35 years and were multi-gravic pregnancies. The average ureum level in preeclampsia patients who experience impaired kidney function is higher than groups that do not experience impaired kidney function, although this difference is not statistically significant (p-value: 0.37).

In addition, the average level of albumin in patients with impaired kidney function is also lower compared to groups without interference, but this difference is also not significant (p-value: 0.088). However, interestingly, Cystatin C levels in preeclampsia patients with impaired kidney function show different results. The average Cystatin C level in this group is higher and this difference is statistically significant (P-value: 0.003).
