Additionally, physical-chemical factors and correlation analysis between nitrate and nitrite content with phytoplankton diversity were carried out.

The measurement results showed that the nitrate content in the five stations ranged from 7.6 to 11.2 mg/l, while the nitrite content was in the range of 0.02 to 0.28 mg/l. A total of 30 identified phytoplankton genera, including 25 families and 5 classes, were found in the study area. The value of phytoplankton abundance ranged from 26.4 to 72 mg/l, with the highest value found at station 5. In terms of diversity, the highest diversity index (H ') was obtained at Station 5 with a value of 2.38, which was classified in the criteria of moderate diversity. Meanwhile, the highest uniformity index (E) was also obtained at stations 4 and 5 with a value of 6.9, indicating high uniformity.
