Introduction

Methodology

This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and involves 84 female employees as a sample of a total of 529 female employees in the company. The data obtained were then analyzed using simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and the T test with the help of the SPSS program version 18.

Results

The results show that online advertisements on Facebook have a positive and significant influence on the interest of buying clothes for female employees at PT. Infomedia Nusantara Medan. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.383. That is, 38.3% of interest in buying clothes for female employees in the company is influenced by online advertisements on Facebook, while the rest (61.7%) is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study.
